Financing Solutions for Enhanced Credit Security

Our approach to financing integrates seamlessly with your business requirements through a structured three-tier strategy.

For short-term needs, we provide financing secured by tangible assets, adjusting weekly to reflect collateral value fluctuations.

Long-term funding is available to support the acquisition of fixed assets and investment projects, ensuring a balanced and secure financial framework.

Financing

Loans tied to specific transactions are fully secured against the financed physical commodities. Agreements with banks or borrowing bases ensure the loaned amount reflects the current market value of the underlying shipment or cargo. Upon the sale of goods, receivables are promptly issued to the lenders, and the loan is either repaid or sold into our securitization program.

Pilot tests

We operate a program to securitize trade receivables, allowing us to diversify our funding sources and reduce borrowing costs. This enables quicker repayment of transaction-based loans. Our main securitization program maintains an investment-grade credit rating from Moody’s and S&P. Additionally, we manage a similar program to securitize eligible inventory.

Expert mentoring

We invest in fixed assets to back our commercial activities, using long-term debt for these transactions. Our asset-liability alignment is ensured through the issuance of securities and a variety of lending facilities in different markets, including bonds, revolving credit, private placements, and term loans. This strategic approach allows us to maintain financial flexibility and support sustainable growth.
